Digital delivery

Afterimage is a digital magic effect with performance instructions. We email the instructions or a private access link to the checkout email, usually the same day and no later than three calendar days after confirmed payment. No physical shipment is required.

Receiving and using your files

Use an email address you can access. Keep your order confirmation, check spam or junk folders, and contact us with your order number if delivery has not arrived within three days. We will help correct a mistyped email and resend verified digital delivery. An internet connection and a suitable device are needed to access the materials. No courier, shipping fee, customs delivery or tracking number applies.

App access

The Afterimage app is required and must be obtained separately from its developer. It is not included in this purchase. Check app availability and device compatibility before ordering.

We do not request an Apple Account password, verification code or Apple ID email to deliver the performance instructions.

Delivery problems

If we cannot provide the product as described or resolve an access problem, we will provide replacement access or a refund as appropriate under our refund policy.
